Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping – €12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

2. Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over €50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

International Shipping Considerations

For international customers outside the Netherlands:

  • Please be aware that customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium products. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receipt, provided the items meet our return conditions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, products must:

  • Be unused and in their original packaging
  • Not be damaged by the customer
  • Include all original labels and packaging materials

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Coffee capsules (including Dolce Gusto/compatible)
  • Opened chocolate products
  • ESE Servings removed from their original packaging

Return Process in 4 Simple Steps

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject: Retourverzoek – Bestelnummer [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]
  • Product name you wish to return/exchange
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Your preference for refund or exchange
  • Confirmation that the product is unused and in original packaging
  • Your full name, email address, and phone number

Step 2: Wait for Our Confirmation

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Confirmation of your return request
  • Return address and instructions
  • A return label if applicable

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

Carefully package the product in its original packaging and include the packing slip. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal). It may take 3-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Exchanges: You’ll receive a confirmation when your replacement product is shipped, with the same shipping options as your original order.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we cover all return costs.
  • For customer-requested returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless you choose an exchange (in which case we cover the shipping costs for the new product).

Special Considerations for Chocolate

Our Belgian chocolate is a delicate product sensitive to temperature. If your chocolate has melted during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll evaluate whether a replacement or refund is possible.
